The Alpha Iota Alumni Association of Kansas State University’s undergraduate leadership have run a fraternity fundraising effort and developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the Theta Xi Fraternity experience on the Kansas State University campus. Through careful study, assessment, and planning, it has been determined that updates and maintenance to the chapter house are necessary, and Theta Xi alumni must invest to meet the needs of today’s students. Working directly with Brent Bowman of BBN Architects Inc. in Manhattan, Kansas, the Alumni Association (including K-State professors Ray Yunk ’88, AI534 and Shannon Casebeer ’92, AI606, and Professional Engineers Jerrad Boyle ’08, AI834 and Andrew Sneed ’10, AI890) has developed a tactical approach to our future.
