A fire caused extensive damage to Sigma Nu’s Delta Iota chapter house at Washington State University. To serve the immediate needs of the undergraduate chapter, the facility underwent a major renovation following a fraternity fundraising effort to meet health and fire codes, but also to ensure the best of educational opportunities would be available for future generations.

Renovated existing study rooms into well-lit, quiet space designated exclusively for individual study

Installed state-of-the-art computer technology in the two basement study areas to connect all undergraduates to the University ethernet system and the Internet

Enhanced the entire house interior with new carpeting, paint, furniture, and lighting
