After several years of study, the House Corporation and active brotherhood have concluded that for Psi of Sigma Chi to prosper and retain its standing as one of the premier fraternities at the University of Virginia, the chapter house at 608 Preston Place should undergo a complete renovation and expansion because of a capital fundraising campaign.
