A structural failure forced the Phi Sigma Kappa chapter house at the University of Tennessee to be condemned by the fire marshall and closed permanently. This led to the capital fundraising campaign to replace the facility and continue the fraternity’s traditions of more than 70 years at the University of Tennessee. Enhancements include:

House occupancy for 24 men featuring three upperclassmen suites with two bedrooms/one bathroom/living room, eight underclassmen bedrooms with two beds per room and two single rooms; Housemother/graduate assistant suite containing a bedroom, sitting room, and private bath

Suites and bedrooms with electrical and communication wiring that is adequate for the present and future technological needs of residents (computers, modems, printers, etc.); modular desks and closets in study rooms give increased flexibility to residents
