The Phi Gamma Delta chapter house has been home to Theta Chapter at the University of Alabama since 1966. The Theta Chapter of Phi Gamma Delta House Corporation, citing the need for major improvements to the chapter house and for a multi-purpose facility on the grounds, engaged the services of Hendon + Huckestein Architects P.C. to develop plans that would ensure Theta Chapter’s vitality. WAR Construction Inc. began work in January 2007, and the project was completed in August of the same year. The total project, paid for by a capital fundraising campaign, cost $2 million and consisted of two major components.
Renovation to Chapter House:
