A new chapter house for Phi Delta Theta at Westminster College allows the brothers to carry out their vision of how they see their fraternity. As one enters into campus from 5th Street, the Phi Delta Theta chapter house stands at the entryway to campus. Members and alumni see it as their duty and responsibility to be a beautiful part of the Westminster landscape. They collaboratively worked with the College to provide first-class student housing. Incoming students can see that Phi Delta Theta offers the most attractive housing option on campus due to their successful and vigorous capital fundraising campaign.
