A new state-of-the-art Chapter House would allow Kappa Sigma to remain a top tier Fraternity on the competitive University of Texas campus. After careful analysis of the needs and desires of the Chapter and the cost to renovate the existing Chapter House the Tau trustees made the decision to build a new and competitive house.
