Seeing the dire need for a state-of-the-art chapter house in 2012, FarmHouse at Oklahoma State University completed a $2.7 million campaign for its construction. The campaign successfully addressed the facility needs for the fraternity to remain competitive on campus, but the project’s debt weighed heavy on its future. Alumni leadership jumped into action to immediately reduce and retire their mortgage debt, ensuring a firm financial foundation for the chapter.
