For more than 100 years, Delta Delta Delta’s Upsilon Chapter has provided a safe, academically conducive, nurturing, and comfortable home for its members. To continue offering that same quality to current and future women, a $750,000 renovation was due. Thanks to their sorority capital campaign success, Upsilon Chapter:

Installed a fire sprinkler system

Replaced the windows with new, energy-efficient ones

Renovated the kitchen and laundry areas to accommodate increased membership

Provided new appliances, cabinetry, upgraded ventilation equipment, and electrical fixtures

Redecorated common area furnishings and window treatments

Created ample individual and group study space

Repaired plaster and paint throughout the chapter

Improved landscaping
