A sorority fundraising campaign and an extensive renovation of the 75-year old chapter house provides the women of the University of Kansas’ Chi Omega sorority with a first-class living and learning environment. Here are the results of a highly successful fundraising effort:

Reconfigured the second and third floor living units to separate sleeping and study spaces
-
Replaced furnishings with well-designed workstations, wardrobes, and beds
-
Created a computer room with an information center and project work stations
-
Installed computer hookups and Internet access in each study room
-
Concealed exposed sprinkler piping, alarm system, and electrical conduits in individual rooms, and raises corridor ceilings to their original level
-
Expanded north wing bathrooms on both levels
