The Beta Lambda Alumni Board and undergraduate Beta Theta Pi leadership have developed a sound plan to ensure the long-term viability of the Beta experience at Vanderbilt University. The Beta Lambda Alumni Board has developed a tactical approach to our future that includes the following enhancements to the chapter:

  • New, larger single rooms for all six resident chapter officers

  • Replaced outdated electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems

  • New dining room and kitchen/pantry facilities

  • Dedicated chapter den/living/TV room

  • Small group study/living/library room

  • New multi-media party room

  • Large, new concrete patios in front and rear

  • New bathrooms for men and women

  • Compliance with building codes and  ADA

  • Security and fire protection enhancements

  • High-speed Internet

  • Added laundry and storage rooms

  • Elevator to basement

  • 184% more floor space
