The University of Nebraska’s Kappa Chapter of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity reviewed the desires of its members and surveyed renovations other Nebraska fraternities completed to inform its successful fraternity capital campaign. A major investment was required to provide a beneficial educational experience and an up-to-date facility to serve young college men well into Kappa Chapter’s second century, including these improvements:
