The Zeta Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Pi knew that their previous house, which stood at the corner of Techwood Drive and Bobby Dodd Way for more than 60 years, no longer met the needs of its growing membership. Through careful consideration and with feedback from alumni, the initial plan of a renovation was changed and the old house was demolished to make room for a new, state-of-the-art facility.
Financed through tremendous support from Zeta brothers, local Atlanta-area alumni and the General Fraternity, the new $4+ million home stands as a proud testament to sustained brotherhood. Located across the street from Bobby Dodd stadium, the limited footprint initially constricted building options. That’s when alumni decided not to build out, but instead up, going beyond their initial concept to provide room for future growth.
The recently completed new house includes:
- Housing for 40 members
- Upgraded amenities including a 20% increase in average student room size
- Modern kitchen
- Dining capacity for 80
- Meeting rooms that will be shared with Hillel and other Jewish campus organizations
- Outdoor basketball court and gathering areas
